I made a mid-career switch into real estate—walking away from a stable five-figure income in tech.
Before this, I was a software engineer, and later a project manager, operating in environments where decisions had to be structured, logical, and precise.

But beyond systems and data, I’ve always been drawn to people.
βI’ve been a personal trainer, built a B2B healthy snack business, and coached individuals in self-awareness and relationships.

When I was 28 and exploring my first property, 9 out of 10 agents pushed me toward new launches.
I hated it. New launch is NOT for everyone.
They weren’t listening to my needs.
And I remember how frustrating that felt.
It’s something I’ve carried with me since.β

And they regret and get stuck years later.
That’s not how I work.
